Helping companies grow people first.

Have you ever wondered what would happen if civil disobedience and corporate america had a love child?

Here’s the thing - it’s already happened. That “new generation” of American workers is here and we have a few demands we’re not willing to compromise on.

Me as it pertains to you

I am in constant motion.

Travel is my obsession and history, my greatest inspiration, propels me forward from city to city.

What this means for you? I carry a worldly perspective and bring dimension and depth to the work we do together. I’m also an AuDHD’er (I’m autistic and have ADHD). I’ll likely take comprehensive notes on every conversation and prefer feedback in writing.

I care deeply about folks’ humanity.

Every human has humanity. I’m deeply passionate about what makes us different and unique. Each one of us has something meaningful to contribute to the world. I am unequivocally steadfast in my heart for diversity and inclusion and ensuring that opportunities do not have artificial barriers to success.

What this means for you? You’re dealing with a straight-shooting, kind-hearted, and extraordinarily savvy woman who gets shit done without sacrificing people for the sake of profits.

I’m brave (usually).

I’ve been to more than a few countries, survived 4 near-misses with terrorist attacks, and refused to let fear or danger keep me from exploring our global community. I also advocate for social justice and believe in collaboration over competition.

What this means for you? I’ll nudge you to the edge and help you jump as we evolve the way you focus on people. I’ll lead you into foreign territory and show you the lay of the land when you find yourself floundering or fearful. I’ll guide you and show you that being brave is a choice you can (and should!) make.

Oh and money? Yeah I’m good with that.

Well actually, not really. I used to be downright stupid with money. Like serious debt and scary lawsuits bad. But in 2018, after staring down the mountain that was $165,000 in debt, I turned things around and now I’m debt free. In fact, I even give a talk on how I was a mess with money, what I learned, and what you can learn too.

But it’s not all about me here. It’s about you too. Because of my lessons learned with money, I have a “First, Do No Harm” policy when it comes to accepting investments from my clients - your investment in me should make financial sense, provide a clear ROI, and have clearly defined outcomes.

If it isn’t obvious yet, I have some strong beliefs. Those beliefs make for good business and a space where everyone is entitled to respect.

You should be aware that I expect the following of any working relationship:

Assume positive intent and disagree thoughtfully.
Black Lives Matter. LGBTQIA+, disability, and women’s rights are human rights.
Diverse opinions are crucial, but I’ll likely ask you to back up those opinions with facts and data.
Inclusion is not optional in any element of business.

I’ve gotten to where I am today because of a community of incredible people supporting me —

including the woman that adopted me and became my mom when I was 16, friends that listen when I need a shoulder, a wife who will move mountains to solve any problem I have big or small, and everyone in between. This business wouldn’t be possible without others’ support. In that same vein, it’s important to me to give back to others. I do a select number of pro-bono projects each year for organizations I believe in. This business also financially supports organizations focused on equity of access for marginalized folks and prioritizes marginalized suppliers wherever possible.
